Waterfront Pensacola Beach Townhouse - Best Views

Two-bedroom waterfront townhouse so close to Santa Rosa Sound you can fish off our back deck. Regular visits from dolphins and the best summer sunsets. You can see the ocean from our decks, living room picture windows, and the master bedroom. The Gulf of Mexico & the white sand beach is a 5 min walk. We live in a quiet family neighborhood. We supply 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, yoga mats, and 2 floating chairs. Sleeps 4 (in two beds). Quiet neighborhood. The space We have two floors over 2,000 square feet. There are two bedrooms upstairs both with ensuite bathrooms that have large walk-in showers. The master bedroom has two sinks and a separate jacuzzi jet tub with a window above it with an ocean view. The washer and dryer are located in a laundry closet between the two bedrooms and there is a pop-down iron and board in the master bathroom. The master bedroom is huge with a king bed and chair for lounging with lots of room to do yoga or exercise (mats provided). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a desk and is average-sized. The first floor has an entry hall with a closet (where we store beach towels and other outdoor gear), a large living room, a dining room that seats 8, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and all other appliances and all the kitchen equipment used in everyday life. A sliding door goes from the living room to a very large outdoor deck, with comfortable patio furniture (perfect for entertaining) and an umbrella. There is a lower deck at water level with an outdoor shower, paddleboards, and floats. We have a dock and swimming ladder to get in the ocean. The house is decorated sweetly with a beach theme. Guest access You can access the entire space except for the garage. Other things to note There is enough room to park two cars (one behind the other) in our driveway. We store our two cars in the driveway when we are out of down. Garbage is located across the complex in a dumpster.
