Open concept living. 12 skylights and many windows provide lots of light. Parking in front of house for 2 cars. Large 65’ hd t.v. Free Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu. $50/pet fee/per vacation. Up to 2 well behaved pets. Beach gear including 2 kayaks, 6 life jackets, beach chairs and floating devices available for rent at $40/stay. $25/night/guest over 6 guests. Up to 7 max with the 7th being a child under 14 years old. High chair and pack n play available - no extra charge. Located in master bedroom closet. Dates where 1 night stays are permissible, 2 person maximum. Pets and infants allowed. NO Parties. Damage deposit will be withheld if neighbors complain about noise. Quiet hours 9pm-7am. $5000/month October-April $10,000/month May-September 1. Guests shall not invite other guests without prior permission. 2. No late check out without prior permission. Please depart the house by 11am sharp on your date of departure. 3. Please read thru the manual upon arrival and be sure to follow all the policies. 4.
