This is your home away from home. It is the perfect place to get away with your family or friends. On a quiet residential street one mile from the beach. Deck with ocean view and sectional seating area with umbrella to enjoy. *if you love to cook, so do we. Our home is stocked with great cookware, and appliances. The space We love sharing our home and making it one of your favorite places to go. We bought it in 1976 and build in 1952. We have kept the charm and warmth, but updated for todays look and comfort. There is central heating, ceiling fans in downstairs bedrooms. The ocean fresh air flows through out our home. We just updated our kitchen and it is light and happy place to make your meals with wonderful cooking pans as well as appliances. It is one of my favorite places to be. One whole house water treatment! finest quality and healthy water in every faucet. Two fire places, one downstairs in family room, second in Master bedroom upstairs, with double pane French doors open to private deck with Oceanview We love the beach, we have a surf room on the side of the house with warm water shower, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, buggy boards and beach paddle rackets and balls. If you love ping-pong it is all set up in the garage. Our backyard is truly park like, trees with green grass, patio area with dinning table&chairs, Jacuzzi, BBQ, Swing, Sitting area w/fire-pit. You have complete access to our home including; washing machine and dryer, kitchen cabinet condiments and white cabinet in the garage with many extra things. The only exception is our sauna with is not for guest use, or surfboards in the garage. We have 2 bedrooms downstairs and a big bathroom. Each room has ceiling fans, TV, good wifi access, comfortable queen beds and bedding, desks for writing or doing art work. Back bedroom had French doors going to back yard. Upstairs bedroom is the master bedroom with fire place private deck with sitting and laying area w/Oceanview. with King bed/not suitable for children or babies. Extra family room upstairs to relax enjoy or to do work. High peak, Oceanview windows facing the ocean, two desks, relaxing sofa. our favorite place to do yoga. With double pane sliding doors and deck overlooking the backyard with table and chairs. Come and Enjoy and make great memories Guest access Full access to everything. Washer and dryer (detergent) and jacuzzi, buggy boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella and BBQ. All kitchen appliances and condiments. the only exception in the private sauna. thank you:) Other things to note Our home has three bedrooms, living room and two family rooms . The family room upstairs. Our back yard is park like, with BBQ, jacuzzi, sitting area, table and six chairs to dine outside, water fountain, ping pong, yoga mats.
