One of Salida's premier historical buildings in the heart of downtown. Great weekend getaway in the heart of Colorado. Loft is 2 blocks to the art galleries, shops, and restaurants. Raft, kayak, flyfish, mountain bike, hike, ski/snowboard, sno-cat ski, golf, horse-back ride, soak at 5 different hot springs all within 30 minutes, or just chill...something for everybody! The loft offers a peaceful, tranquil environment to escape from the hectic activities of life. The space This unique 2nd floor loft style property has views of all the mountains, yet is right downtown, so you can walk everywhere. It has a gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, 12ft ceilings, exposed original brick walls, gas grill, washer/dryer, wine cooler, and feels like home! One queen bed and one king bed with luxury linens, down comforters and goose-down pillows. Great for all seasons. Salida is the hidden gem of the rockies. Everything anyone could want is out my back door. Any questions or for specifics, please feel free to text. Dog owners-we allow ONE well behaved dog per rental for a $50 non-refundable pet fee. Airbnb DOES NOT collect this fee. Guest access Guests will have access to the private and secure 2nd floor loft. Guests will utilize a shared downstairs hallway to access the loft, please be respectful of this space. The downstairs is four independently run offices. The upstairs tenants have a private fenced in back yard with a BBQ. We love traveling with our fuzzy fur children and offer a fenced in backyard for our pets (please pick up dog poo and keep pets off furniture), The loft has off street parking and secure storage for bikes or skis.
