This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 4 well-furnished, spacious rooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. - Each of the rooms here gives out a distinctive aesthetically pleasing vibe owing to the eclectic interiors. - All rooms offer a myriad of amenities that include an AC, Wi-Fi access, TV, wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. - 1 of the rooms on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor offer a queen-sized bed, and the other two rooms are equipped with a king-sized bed. - Both rooms on the first floor have a common balcony with enough seating space for up to 10 people in the form of tables and rustic cots overlooking the azure hues of the Nerul river. - One of the rooms on the ground floor and one on the first floor have an extra single bed. BATHROOMS - There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room. - All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Adorned in vivid shades and an amalgamation of Indian and Portuguese interiors, this spacious living room is situated on the ground floor. - Offering a hint of opulence, this room is equipped with modern amenities like 2ACs, TV, Wi-Fi access, and a music system. - It also provides sofa-style seating that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. - There is a dining area complete with a chic wooden table, which is a component of the living room on the ground floor. - It can comfortably seat up to 12 people at the same time. - The living room and dining area open up to the beautiful lush green lawn covered in a canopy of palm trees. - Covering an expanse of about 40x40 sq.ft this lawn has provisions for seating in the form of some relaxing loungers. - As you venture further into the exteriors of this villa, catch a stunning view of the rippling waters of the river while lounging around the pool deck. - The private rectangular outdoor pool is 40x20 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth. - Guests can access the pool between 7:00 AM to 07:00 PM. KITCHEN - Guests have access to the kitchen to prepare their meals at no additional charge. - The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, and water purifier. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Guests can use the kitchen premises to cook their own meals. - Alternatively, they can also choose to order in from the nearby eateries. - Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
