Comfortable apartment 2 Bedrooms & 1 Bathroom. Full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Living room with a smart TV and dining room. Convenient location, five minutes to the Northwoods mall, Walmart, restaurants, Trident and highway I-26. Tanger outlet, Coliseum Performing Arts Center and airport just 15 minutes. Long-term stays welcome! The space PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING. If you have any questions, please contact me and I will get back with you right away. -Included: Linens, bath towels (2 towels less than 3 nights) , iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, utensils, plates, and bowls -Extras: I also provide the following - shampoo, body soap, two toilet papers, paper towels, hand soap, coffee, and filters. The kitchen has plenty cabinets, stove, refrigerator so you can fix a meal if you want. Most basic things you will need in the kitchen (minus your food of course). All of our beds have queen mattresses & pillows. Split AC and heating system on the living room and dinning room , portable tower fans and one portable heater on each room. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds and bathroom essentials. The apartment is 15 minutes from the airport, so be aware of the noise. We also provide ear plugs in case of noise sensitivity. Guest access The apartment is on a first floor. Guests have access through a private rear entrance so they can come and go as they please. Easy onsite parking is available right outside the front door. 1 parking space Other things to note - Early check-in is not typically permitted unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking (as the cleaners will be onsite) - Guests will receive a unique code for self-check-in and ease of use on the morning of arrival (potentially the evening prior) - If your booking is for more than 20 days booking bring your own towels *Note that your unique code will NOT be activated until 4pm. - Due to allergies/asthma, our home is pet and smoke-free. SMOKE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE ; no exceptions * NO DRUGS , SMOKE OR WEAPONS ALLOWED. VIOLATION FEE $200 * NO PETS ALLOWED. If violated there would be a $400 fee for additional clean up House rules bugs Guest also understands that Charleston is located in a subtropical climate, and that insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Although owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment Here is some helpful information before you leave Check out Instructions 1.Check for any personal items (Did you check closet, bathroom, shower, and under beds?) 1.Wash your dishes before you leave 2.
