Golf, splash pad, playgrounds, rec center, biking, walking, volleyball, pickle ball, tennis, paddle boarding etc. Christmas on the Pecos (boat ride) between Thanksgiving and Christmas! The Caverns are about a 30 minute drive. Please check NPS website for availability and reservations. Walking/biking distance (bike lanes in beach area) to grocery store and local restaurants. Short drive to Carlsbad Caverns, Black River, White City, Brantley Lake, Sitting Bull Falls, Living Desert State Park. Food and activities very easily accessible. We currently do not accept days >7 days. To maintain the cleanliness that sets us apart, house must be available to be cleaned every 7 days.
