This private villa is situated in an exclusive and peaceful residential area, the Puerto Azul estate, right next to the village of Tarajalejo, where you’ll find all kinds of amenities and the beach. The accommodation is a great base for spending the day on the beaches of Costa Calma, La Pared – best known for surfing, with schools offering lessons – or the wonderful Sotavento, with over 20 km of beach perfect for long walks and swimming, and also featuring windsurfing and kitesurfing schools. The space New construction with acoustic and thermal insulation, so air conditioning is unnecessary, maintaining a comfortable temperature year-round. The main floor has 4 bedrooms (2 double, 2 with 2 single beds each, 1.8 x 200 cm), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, and a pool table. There is also an apartment upstairs for added privacy, with 2 bedrooms (the master with a double bed, the second with 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a living room, and a large terrace with a Jacuzzi. (The house has two fully equipped kitchens, one on each floor.) Therefore, it can accommodate 12 people in bedrooms and 2 on a sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 14 people. One of the main attractions is the large outdoor space with the garden, the terrace, and a barbecue (heated pool). You can watch the sunrise in the morning, and the sun shines on the terrace throughout the day... Guest access Pets are welcome at an additional cost of €50 per stay per pet. There are no communal areas; the villa is completely private. 1 parking space available on the property (right in front of the house; there is almost always space for 3 cars...) Other things to note Large parties, hen and stag parties, etc. are not permitted at this accommodation. Smoking is not permitted inside the property, but is allowed on the terraces... We recommend hiring a car to explore the whole island.
