Capture the beauty of the mountains and our quaint little town that is less than a mile away. My place is close to town yet very private. The space This is an apartment in the lower level of my home with 7 steps going down to your own private entrance and parking. It is very spacious and equipped with a coffee pot, 2 nuwave convection cooktops, toaster oven, hot air popper, toaster, microwave and fridge. Although it is not a “full kitchen” you can easily make a meal with what is available. Outside you will find a fire pit, outside seating, deck and shared front porch with beautiful views. I also will consider a dog. A $75 pet fee will be added through Airbnb. Dog must be well behaved, up to date on vaccinations and leashed while outside. Guest access Feel free to sit on the decks or front porch to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Rocking chairs and tables and chairs are abundant. Also have giant Jenga and corn hole. Other things to note A dog is considered with these stipulations: up to date on vaccinations, house broken, leashed while outside on premises. Also there is a $75 pet fee paid through Airbnb. I do not allow smoking or vaping indoors. No parties or boisterous behavior are allowed.
