You will enjoy this fully renovated, single-story accommodation, with very easy and quiet access, without being isolated. You will be the only occupants. Inside, the apartment has been designed to enjoy the light and space thanks to a high ceiling. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned. Outside, large wooden terraces have been made to live outside, share meals and evenings with friends. A real vacation awaits you. The space The accommodation was designed for us and our friends passing through: a fully equipped, modern and easy to maintain kitchen, and a spacious and bright living room to be relaxed even if the weather is gloomy. The lounge area has two armchairs, a sofa bed, coffee table, library area, and TV with OCS (HBO) subscription. The dining area includes a round table, four chairs, storage spaces for dishes and table linen. This room has a sloping ceiling at about 3.50 meters. The room is air-conditioned. The master bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed, antique dresser and wardrobe, many wall hangers for easy storage, mirror, small work table. This west-facing room has access to a 10 m2 wooden terrace through a French window. It has air conditioning. The next room is dual-aspect. It is illuminated by a remote-controlled roof window. It is equipped with two 90 cm beds, bedside tables, a storage closet and hooks fixed to the wall. Each room offers USB sticks for recharging your devices. The bathroom is illuminated by a large window overlooking nature to the west. It features a large ultra-flat sink with two mixers, a 140 cm shower with rain shower, and hanging toilet, automated CMV and towel dryer radiator. The entire floor of the accommodation is tiled in 60/60 porcelain stoneware. Guest access Access to the accommodation is very easy, without a winding road. You have two or three large parking spaces. The entrance gate locks for your peace of mind. Other things to note The living room has two bay windows to access the terraces to the south and west. The main terrace (30 m2) offers a table and chairs for 6 people, and a large umbrella. We provide a gas Plancha. The accommodation is equipped with outdoor armchairs and deckchairs. Finally, you can enjoy our real petanque court. There is also a ping pong table, and a badminton game. Part of the field is gravelled which allows ball games and multiple activities.
