Two bedrooms two baths on the hilltop home in Santa Clarita with a great view from the patio. Close to Magic Mountain and Westfield Mall- Apple store, Michael Kors, Macy’s & restaurants. The Queen Bedroom/private bath is on the other side of the house and includes a small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, coffee & Teas. Gated community very safe. The Community has two pools, tennis, basketball court and jacuzzi. Owner lives on the property. The cleaning fee per week 30 single 35 Double The space You can use the bedroom, kitchen and table if you need a place to work. The dogs will not be running around the house while guest(s) are visiting. They will be outside or in the second bedroom. Guest access The community has two pools, jacuzzi, basket ball and tennis court. Just ask in advance for the key. During your stay I am available by text for questions anytime. I am in an out of the house, please feel free to ask me any questions. Other things to note I have a Kerig coffee maker, coffee and teas in your bedroom for morning coffee and the laundry room is available for your use. I will be happy to show you how to use the washer and dryer.
