You'll feel right at home in our beautiful, roomy and super cozy 1 bedroom/1 bath home. Features include recessed lighting, wood floors, full kitchen with stainless appliances, a slate fireplace in the sun-filled living room and natural stone elements throughout. In the backyard you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains, a large stone firepit, a stand alone fireplace, and a BBQ. In the front courtyard you’ll find additional seating and fire pits with a stone wall backdrop. A serene escape! The space Our lovely home has a beautiful view of the Santa Monica mountains from the backyard. It is situated on a quiet cul de sac that is within 1 mile of the 101 freeway, a market, drug store, shops and many delightful restaurants. It is ideal for a single person or couple who desire a central location in SoCal. It is fully furnished and stocked. The rental amount includes utilities, Smart TVs, internet, garbage pick-up, and gardener. An additional $150 every two weeks will be added for stays over 2 weeks long to cover additional housekeeping which is required. Guests may park one car in the garage. If bringing a second car, it may be parked in the ample, well lit driveway. The backyard and side courtyard have several firepits and seating opportunities. There is also a BBQ available for use, however, propane for the BBQ and stand alone firepits is not included. The large bedroom has a trundle bed that is set up as a very comfortable King but the twin mattresses can also be pulled apart and used separately. The price covers one to two guests. No more than two guests, no pets, service animals or smoking of any kind are allowed in the house. Housekeeping covers general cleaning but not the refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave or BBQ. If these are used, please ensure that they are left in the same condition as they were upon arrival to avoid deductions from deposits. You are sure to love our immaculate home! Guest access Guests have access to the entire property (save the main bedroom which is locked off), driveway and garage. Owners maintain storage in the garage and will provide guests with 24 hour notice if access is required. Will not enter house at that time.
