Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this little backyard cottage has been thoughtfully and intentionally designed by the owner, Gordon, to create an inviting, comfortable, and private living space/garden in Seattle. (Fully-Detached dwelling, Lockbox check-in. Downstairs: bedroom with queen-size bed (PLEASE NOTE: the bed is accessed from one side only), bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen, desk/work area, front porch and garden. Upstairs; Loft (access by ladder) one full-size bed. Free parking. The space A few years ago the idea came to me to design a space on my property where one could come to unwind and relax after the hustle and bustle of being in and around the city. With vaulted ceilings of white-washed wood, walls painted soft shades of green, gray and white and lots of windows providing natural light - all of these elements combine to create a comfortable spaciousness that is maintained throughout the dwelling. No forced air here, instead, radiant ceiling heat panels provide silent, dust-free warmth throughout the space. Guest access This is your own private house. Cottage is fully detached with private entrance off the street right where you park . You have access to the cottage complete with covered porch, fully-fenced garden, and outdoor seating. Plenty of free parking right in front. Other things to note Smart TV for streaming movies from your Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc.... , DVD player (DVDs of all seasons of "Northern Exposure" in cottage to give you a northwest experience : ).
