Cabin in Prescott

With two separate deck spaces, this quiet, serene escape allows you to enjoy beautiful views, yet is only 3 miles from Prescott Square in a quiet neighborhood environment. This cozy log sided cabin, with its recently new decks, large picture windows, pleasant master bedroom, loft sleeping area & fun decor, provides you with the necessary amenities you'll need. Even though the decks are incredible, the new AC/Heat system will keep you comfortable inside as well. Quiet neighborhood. No parties. The space Entire cabin and loft sleeping area. Parking for two cars only. Guest access Entire cabin and decks. Other things to note No parties, no smoking. Neighborhood noise and light ordinance 9pm-7am in place and is a quiet residential area. The deck has beautiful views but houses are near by so no loud music or noise on decks please. This is not an isolated cabin, it has the advantage of being close to town but not too close and still feels peaceful and is in a neighborhood. The cabin is well suited for couples and families with school age children or older. The cabin is suited best for 4 or less people. Overnight guests that are not discussed during the booking process must be disclosed and/or additional fees will apply. Please note no washer or dryer on premises The minimum age to rent the cabin is 25. Guests with no previous reviews will be asked to sign a short term rental contract and will need to submit their email address. The loft and decks are not suitable for small children or toddlers but older children would love it. The loft ceiling is standable distance but tight. Heat rises so loft may be hotter than rest of home. The loft, which has two double beds and is open to overlook the living room area. Not a closed in bedroom. There is a narrow hallway/step area that comes down from loft and leads from the living area into back of house. This space would not be wide enough for walkers or wheel chairs. Not ADA compliant Ring video security system in effect. The cabin is an awesome place and we are happy to be able to share it with others but it is truly our relaxing haven so we would hope that you would appreciate and treat it with respect. It is a great place to escape to and relax and if you’re lucky, you may even get to see deer.
