Located in the historic Mt Carmel/Little Italy section of Poughkeepsie. 5 minute walk to Metro North train station and entrance to the Walkway over the Hudson. Many restaurants, coffee/pastry shops within walking distance. There is off street parking and a lovely yard in back. Convenient to Marist College, Vassar College, the CIA, FDR home , Vanderbilt Mansion, Locust Grove, breweries, Rail trails and Wineries. NO third party booking allowed. The apartment is a bright, quiet, comfortable space. There is a full kitchen, full bath with shower/tub combo. PLEASE NOTE the tub is a little higher than normal and may not be appropriate for everyone. Please see pictures. Feel free to inquire about specifics. There is a desk/workstation with high speed internet. There is a ROKU enabled TV. If you have your own Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc, accounts , you can watch on TV. There is NO CABLE. The private patio and backyard borders on the Fallkill Creek Easy access and check in with key less entrance or I can meet you for check-in and show you around. This is a historic home that has been in our family for 3 generations and we look forward to welcoming you. Although we do not live on site, we are readily available. It is a short stroll to the entrance to Walkway over the Hudson, State park. Metro North train station is a 5 min walk. One off street parking space and street parking too. The Studio is a NO SMOKING property. If you must smoke, use the backyard.
