I’m a proud first time home owner and have the space to share my beautiful home. I’m located .6 miles from Ohio Health for visiting families or working Dr.’s; 4 miles from Shawshank prison; 5.4 miles away from Mansfield Lahm Regional Airport for service men and women; 1.5 miles from downtown Mansfield; 5.5 miles to Mansfield Motor Speedway; 7.7 miles to Snow Trails; 20 minutes away from Malabar Farm and 35 minutes away from Mohican Park. Also walking distance from a friendly neighborhood bar. The space I love my house and want to share it with others. You will have a comfortable, private bedroom with a new queen mattress and bed, located on the 2nd floor and a private den to chill out (if another guest isn't renting it) to watch tv or whatever you like to do. If you are traveling with a 2nd guest and want separate rooms, you can rent, The Den, at an additional price of $70/night during the week and $85/ night on the weekend. If you enjoy watching sports, The Red Fox is within walking distance and perfect for that. I don’t have cable but there is a Chromecast for streaming. I added that into the cost per night. Guest access The guest room is on the 2nd floor. The private den on the first floor (off dining room) is available to watch tv and relax, if it’s available. Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom and Front Porch are shared. During your stay I will most likely be home for some interaction. I look forward to meeting you!
