Guest access You'll receive your gate code and lockbox code by email with your check-in details. The key is in a lockbox on the front door; use the code to retrieve it. You also have access to a backup key hanging on the electrical box at the back of the house. Check-in is at 4pm. If you arrive after 5pm, you can sign in at the Summerscape office the next day between 1-5pm. Standard checkout is 10am. Your gate FOB lets you enter the community, access the fitness center, and enter the clubhouse. The side door to the clubhouse is accessible at all times; the pool area entrance opens at 7pm. Don't forget to pick up your parking passes at the office when you arrive and return your key and FOB to the owner's lockbox before you leave. Other things to note You have full access to Summerscape's community amenities, all included with your stay. The heated pool is open from 9am to 9pm (Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting). Before your first visit, all adults and children must fill out a fitness waiver, available in the fitness center. Children under 14 are not permitted to use fitness equipment. The game room features ping-pong, foosball, and air hockey. There's also a hot tub and a fire pit on the grounds - enjoy them in keeping with posted community rules. This is a beautiful area in Southern Maine where mosquitoes, black flies, ticks, sand fleas, and other insects are part of the natural environment. Monthly pest control helps minimize them, but complete elimination isn't guaranteed. Bring bug spray for outdoor activities. Your reservation includes a damage waiver covering up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property.
