Other things to note To ensure a comfortable and transparent stay, please note the following: Unit Location: This is a ground-floor unit; however, you must descend one flight of stairs from the parking lot to reach the front door. As with any multi-level building, you may occasionally hear footsteps from the unit above. Winter Heating: The central heating system is set to not exceed 75°F. For extra warmth on chilly nights, we encourage you to use the indoor fireplace. Seasonal Access: In warmer months, you can access the back porch and yard. During winter, snow accumulation may prohibit access to these areas. Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of soap, shampoo, one roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
