The Boxcar offers your family or group of friends an excellent and unique getaway on the Katy Trail in Rocheport. There is one bed on the main floor, two open sleeping lofts with queen size beds, sleeping lofts are accessed by ladders. These are not recommended for small children or anyone that can't climb. The BoxCar has a full bath with a shower/tub combo, small dinette, microwave, mini frig, coffeemaker, coffee, and more! The space The Katy Trail Box Car is an actual rail car that sleeps up to 6. The rate is based on double occupancy with $20 addition for each person over 8 years old. There is one queen bed, two open sleeping lofts with queen size mattress. The open sleeping lofts are accessed via ladders. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combination. The Box Car offers cable TV, WiFI, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, sitting area, and the perfect view of the Katy Trail and of course the fire pit. Guest access Communal kitchen to prepare eggs and breads in the morning. Shared patios, firepit and grounds. During your stay We have a “Self Check-In.” Your reservation confirmation email will provide you with the key code and all of the information needed for your stay, including directions and contact information should you need anything during your stay. We live a few blocks away, offering our guests maximum privacy and solitude at our bed & breakfast. Other things to note All guest share the kitchen in the main house. It is a lovely gathering place. Breakfast is provided and you prepare it at your leisure up to 11am daily. Cerals, eggs, fruit, yogart and more await guest in the Gathering Place. Relax and enjoy the laid back vibe of Rocheport. We provide a breakfast basket for your room with frozen breakfast sandwiches, milk, juice, coffee. Feel free to make eggs, toast in our communal kitchen.
