Vis di Vardi Luxury Estate is a totally private estate equipped with all the amenities and facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Being located just 5 mins away from the city of Zakynthos (Zante town) and Kalamaki/Argassi areas, our property is the ideal option both for those seeking some relaxing holidays in privacy and those who want to be close to Kalamaki beach and many nice bars/nightclubs/restaurants in Argassi area and Zante town. The space Vis di Vardi Luxury Estate combines luxury with elegance, the imposingness of the space with the tranquility of nature. The entire property is composed of three separate and autonomous levels. The listing is for the first level which consists of 3 bedrooms, a big bathroom and a spacious kitchen - living room area. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: 1st bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) 2nd bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) 3rd bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) It is equipped with: • High-speed Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning (in all areas) • Fly screens on all windows/doors • Smart TVs with Netflix (in the living room and in each bedroom) • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster • Espresso machines • Washing machines • Dishwashers • Safe box • Brick BBQ • Fresh bed linen and towels (Bath & Pool towels) There is an ample outdoor garden & swimming pool with plenty of space (the whole complex is fenced) and outdoor seating areas & sunbeds (shared among the guests of all the 3 levels of the building). Basic cleaning will be provided every 3 days (including changing the bed sheets and bath towels). Guest access The swimming pool and outside areas are shared among the guests of the three levels of our estate. All the interior areas shown on the photos are totally private, you don't need to share anything. Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time: We will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need to allow them to check out and prepare the property for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the property will usually be ready by 3pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the property if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
