Ideal base for those who want to enjoy peace and nature, but also like to absorb the charms of the cozy atmosphere and restaurants in Durbuy. Ideal for a family holiday, family outing or holiday with friends! Your pet is also welcome, please mention this at the moment of reservation. The space This typical Ardennes house was completely refurbished in spring 2022. All rooms have been taken care of, but there will also be 2 new bathrooms, an extra (4th) bedroom will be built and two new pellet stoves will be installed. These works will be completed by mid-June. That is why not all rooms have been shown on the photos yet. Each time a room is finished, it will be added to the gallery. The house consists on the ground floor of: - entrance with game room (pinball, darts and arcade machine) - dining room with pellet stove - open kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso,... - laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer - 1st bathroom with shower and washbasin - separate toilet - living room with smartTV and pellet stove The house consists on the first floor of: - bedroom 1: bed 160 * 200, baby cot - night hall 1 - bedroom 2/playroom: bunk bed (90 * 200) and various games/toys for the youngest in the group (walk through room) - Nighthall 2 - Bedroom 3: bed 160 * 200 - Bedroom 4: bed 160 * 200 - separate toilet - bathroom with shower and washbasin The house also has a fully enclosed garden with terrace and large picnic table for 8 people. Guest access The entire holiday home is at your disposal, with the exception of the cellar and attic rooms. Other things to note This authentic holiday home has classic wooden floors on (a part of) the first floor. These are of course a bit noisy to walk on. We find that extra cosy, hopefully you do too ;) A very small fee is charged for the use of the pinball. This is to avoid that (small) children in the company would not continuously use this authentic and very expensive machine. The arcade and darts are free and always at your disposal.
