Incredible Location & Amazing Walking Paths

A super cozy one bedroom condo, situated just a half block from walking trail close to the lake. Located on the gorgeous north shore and close to Sand Harbor beach, the Hyatt Lake Tahoe, restaurants, shopping, skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, and mountain biking. We have carpeted stairs when you walk in leading up to the living space, kitchen, bedroom, and family room. It's a one bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom located in the master bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room (best suited for kids). It's an upgraded unit with lots of light. Our balcony has a table to sit out on to enjoy the beauty of the trees and a walking path right outside the door. Guest access We DO NOT offer passes to private beaches due to the new restrictions put in place. Sand Harbor is a beautiful public beach located 4.3 miles from our condo. Our two cruiser bikes are for guests to use during summer months (June-Sept). Sand Harbor beach has paddles boards and other lake boats to rent. ***When you stay, you'll have access to the community pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, ping pong room, and you're able to check out books from the clubhouse. Other things to note We have a local cleaning company that provides all linens and toiletries, if you have any concerns or a shortage, the company will assist you ASAP after you contact me.
