A private entrance and space is a perfect place for your trip to Asheville. Enjoy fresh air on our private balcony. Our cleaning crew is taking extra steps to sanitize in between guests, above and beyond our normal high standards of cleaning. Location: east side of W. Asheville, overlooking the River and River Arts District. 1.5 miles to downtown Asheville and downtown West Asheville. 3 minute walk to New Belgium 5 minute walk to the Greenway Bike and run on the beautiful new Greenway. The space Our nearly 1,000 sq. ft. apartment has recently been completed and ready for your stay. With two large skylights and big windows the apartment is bright and cheery. Open the windows and enjoy the breeze coming up the hill off the river. ***A remote workers dream with fast reliable WiFi. We opted for a drop leaf dining table that can transition into a work station.*** Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony. One of our guests said "I feel like I'm in a tree-house when I'm on the balcony, I enjoy having my coffee out here every morning!" The kitchen has lovely granite counter tops, a large sink, gas range and is well appointed and has everything you need to prepare meals. We will have coffee, tea and a few pantry breakfast items to get you started. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a walk-in-closet. The bathroom as a lovely tiled shower with seat. There are two additional large storage closest for your extra belongings. Need a place for your bike? You may store it in the entryway or let us know if you would like to keep it in our garage. Within walking distance to breweries and restaurants. Enjoy long walks or bike rides from the Greenway which is just a few minutes from the house. *** The amazing River Arts district is just down the hill. Check out a studio stroll and enjoy the amazing artwork by local artists. We have access the Greenway, miles of walking and biking paths. You can go for a bike ride and end up at White Duck Taco for a bite to eat and a margarita. *** Please note that hurricane Helene has changed hours of local businesses. Please check to see if a business is open during your stay. Guest access You have a private entrance secure with a keypad entry. We have off-street parking for one car. If you have visitors during we kindly ask that they use street parking. There is plenty in front of New Belgium. Other things to note 100% of your cleaning fee goes to our wonderful cleaning crew. They are a local family-owned business. The apartment is located on the 2nd story above a private garage. Please note that the balcony is very high, please be careful. Supervise children at all times and do not let them climb railings. The apartment is comfortable for 4 adults. EV Charging Policy: Our EV charger is our personal charger and is located in our garage. We are happy to share it with guests, but please note that using it will require coordination on both our parts, as we will need to run it outside for access. If you prefer a more convenient option, there are public chargers available a block away at New Belgium.
