Guest access The house is your private retreat. Feel free to walk around the property (9 acres) or relax in our hammock area. Enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and incredible view of the mountains and vast amounts of Joshua trees from our backyard. Other things to note House Rules 1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. 2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1,000 fee. 3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave. 4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. 5) Take shoes off before entering the property. 6) Pets are permitted in the house. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture. 7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people. Occupancy will be verified by security cameras due to the City of Yucca Valley ordinance. Violation Fee: $200 per unauthorized guest or pet, per night 8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property. 9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. 10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. 11) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house. 13) A late checkout fee of $75 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 10:30 or later on the day of checkout.
