The upper level is complete with one full bathroom and two LOFT bedrooms each with their own staircase access. On the main level two rooms can be set up as sleeping areas. The extra sitting room can be converted into a bedroom complete with Queen size bed and the main living area also contains a sofa that converts to a Queen sized bed. The rest of the open floor plan with beautiful modern kitchen, 2nd full bathroom, exposed brick/ductwork, high ceilings, large city windows, and beautiful artwork will make you feel at home as well as on a city adventure at the same time. Added perk! Denver’s new downtown Target store is just across the street! Guest access Guests will have access to this secure building, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, kitchen with all stainless steel appliances outfitted with every cooking utensil/small appliance you may need, high speed Internet throughout, access to all streaming Apps, two loft bedrooms on second level, convertible sitting room/bedroom with sofa bed, living area with sofa bed, and two work spaces with desks. Other things to note This apartment does not come with parking included. There is a 24 hour security monitored Parking Garage directly next door to the building (1627 California Street-California Street Garage) and an open air surface lot located directly across the street (entrance located on 17th St). There is also metered parking on all of the local surrounding streets which is free Holidays and Sundays. *Please note - If your reservation is for 4 guests or less and you need the 3rd bedroom and/or living area convertible sofa bed(s) set up, you must request it prior to your arrival! Cleaning Fee: the cleaning fee for this property has been determined by how many hours it takes to throughly clean and sanitize this large two story condo and launder all the bedding and towels guests use. Guests of this property are not asked to do any cleaning chores before departing although guests are expected to load the dishwasher as they go along, put all their used towels in a specific location before departing, and take out the trash they created.
