On the ground floor is the social area: the living room is nicely decorated with a queen sofa sleeper, a colorful area rug, and a 40” flat screen TV. Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, blender, roaster, oven and dishwasher, you can also use all plates and cooking utensils you´ll need. The dinning area is furnished with a table with seating for six below an elegant chandelier and powder room. On the second floor: the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, walking closet and private bathroom, the guests bedrooms are furnished with two beds, each one, closet and one share bathroom. Tile floors and sleek contemporary decor make this a pleasant spot for a group of friends or a pair of families. This condo comfortably sleeps 8 people.
