Snowbird is a 35-minute drive away, and Alta is just 40 minutes, with Park City reachable in under an hour (55 minutes). Designed with flexibility in mind, the home accommodates groups of up to 12, but its adaptable layout also works well for smaller groups. Enjoy two living rooms, a chef’s kitchen, and lovely mountain views. The two-car garage adds convenience, but please note that during winter months, snow tires are required, and an all-wheel-drive vehicle is often necessary due to canyon conditions, despite the home’s easy access. This house is fully stocked with thoughtful extras, offering the feel of a real home rather than a typical rental. For the adventurous, when snow blankets the neighborhood, you can even ski home! from two of the upstairs bedrooms there views of the slopes at Solitude, emphasizing just how close you are to the action. Guest access There is a garage code to enter Other things to note Wonderful summer hiking and mtn biking outside the door. Whilst we have two 37" flat screened TV's there is no reception. You can watch movies on them via NetFlix or with the DVD or VCR player. The internet speed is 45 Meg at the house. Please note there is a camera outside to the left of the garage and the right of the front door. It is only used so that I can check the snow situation in the driveway after a storm. It does not turn on or run for any other reason.
