Private room near Churchill

Full size bed in private room. TV in room. Bathroom will be shared along with living space. Also have a queen size bed available if needing more space. 2.5 miles to Churchill Downs. 2.2 miles to airport The space I love anything vintage and unique and my home radiates that. Guest access Shared bath, washer and dryer in basement, street parking (always spots available), kitchen, and living area. During your stay I do have a 40hr a week job. I plan to be active and help with advice on things to see and do. Other things to note I do have a needy but lovable Shih Tzu.
