The space This single bedroom in a lovely old Cape Cod on Park Street is available to male guests for stays of 30 days or more. The guest room has its own private half bath. The house features a comfortable living room, dining room, and kitchen, plus a lovely backyard to enjoy from the comfort of a screened back porch (with ceiling fan). Guest access The guest is free to enjoy the main floor of the house (living room, kitchen, dining room), outside (deck, screened porch, and backyard), and the laundry room downstairs. During your stay If I am not home, I will be available by phone and email to answer any questions. Other things to note You can reserve the private driveway for an additional $5 per day. Please mention that in your initial message. The driveway is accessed directly from Park Street. Depending on the time of day, Park Street can be busy. Have patience, and you will be fine! Free street parking is available nearby. You must cross Park Street to access the sidewalk.
