Architect's New Loft on Geary

We're an architect/filmmaker couple. Our place was a warehouse now transformed. We're on the hippest street in Toronto, Geary Ave, with brewpub, cool restaurants and an industrial and residential feel. We have parks that string their way along the street and we're close to transit. Our home is special and we're looking for people who want to keep it that way. Check out my guidebook, it tells you what you need to know! Our place has been featured in design magazines (Dwell, Design Lines etc). The space Our building is connected to two others owned by our best friends. One is a floral designer and the other a furniture designer -- they each have their own shops on the ground floor of the next building. Need flowers? No problem. Talk to Todd. Need a gift, Shaun is there for you. It makes the whole complex feel safe and arty. Guest access The apartment is there for you and has a private entrance and exit. We ask that you don't wander around the building otherwise but you are most welcome to enter the shops on the main level and catch a glimpse of some of the artists in their studios. Parking passes for visitor street parking can be obtained from the City of Toronto website. Other things to note We bought a series of buildings with friends. They live next door, so please keep noise to a minimum. The buildings are active with a floral design shop, a Canadian design shop, artist studios and more. Parking: You can park in the street by purchasing a visitors parking pass from the city of Toronto website. This is not a party house. Please respect our space. thanks!
