Canopy Ridge Safari Tent 2-See You Again April 14!

The ultimate glamping experience under the Smoky Mountains forest canopy! Come enjoy the Smoky’s and sounds of nature from your private deck, situated on our unique ridge line. Tent 2 has a front and back door/deck, queen size bed, private outdoor heated shower, indoor Russian wood stove (shut down during summer months) and private firepit. Relax and breakaway from everyday stresses in our tranquil, private space. The space Low impact is key and involves leaving the sites as you find them. The tents are over 100’ apart and have privacy fences around the outdoor firepit area. Our safari tents afford guests the opportunity to disconnect from the norm and connect with nature. With the exception of power and hot water in the bath-house, this is an off-grid experience (there is now a heated outdoor shower at the tent site). The tents mimic outside temps and are completely weatherproof. We are located high on a ridge, under a canopy of trees that provide tons of shade, because of this we are several degrees cooler than the towns below on the valley floor. Provided are a lantern, flashlight, and battery pack for indoor light string and fan. Other things to note *We highly recommend grabbing fire starting materials and indoor/outdoor candles to enhance your nights (we provide 1 bundle of outdoor firewood, indoor stove wood is unlimited). *Quite time is all the time, please be curtious to other guests. *1 parking spot per tent *NO WIFI *NO service dogs due to health concerns associates with shared spaces Located high on a private ridge, away from the crowds of town. Your glamping tent is set on an untouched mountain top, surrounded by magnificent trees. We are just over 12 miles from Gatlinburg and local outdoor activities such as horseback, rafting zip lines, etc are very nearby. The Check-in window is 4-9pm. Please do not arrive before 4pm, as your tent will not be ready until 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Parking is limited to one vehicle per tent. This is a tranquil environment, please be mindful of noise volume. This includes horn honks from locking car doors, especially at night, and loudly talking on cell phones. Honestly, we recommend turning your cell phones off once you arrive, you'll be surprised how liberating it is. But, this is just a recommendation. If you find you're not up for that challenge, we do have great cell reception here on the ridge. Cooking is prohibited on tent decks. Also, please clean up any spills, especially sugary drinks, promptly. These can create a mold issue, that is incredibly difficult to eradicate. It may also invite unwanted critters into the tent. This experience puts you up close and personal with nature. There are all kinds of critters that you may encounter, big and tiny, 2 legged, 4 legged, 8 legged, centi legged. It's bear country, raccoon country, coyote country, bird country, insect country........... It's part of the experience. Inside the tents are 99% bug free, but even the cleanest of homes still has crawlers and fliers.
