Its located right next to HPU and in close proximity of Furniture market and HP downtown. Food lion and convenience store is less than 1/4 mile . Easy access through Highway 68 / 1-74/ I-40. Lot of Dining options close by . **NO CABLE PROVIDED ON TVS. USE YOUR OWN ACCOUNT ON SMART TVS** The space Lots of Natural light . Kitchen includes Microwave / Coffee Machine . Master Bedroom is on 2nd level and 2 bedrooms on 1st Level. The house was built in the 1940s but has been renovated . Expect to see some things which are old and coexist with the newer gadgetry but add to the character of the house . The design and structure of the house is of course old . The kitchen is small but functional . 2 bedrooms on the first level are not very big but comfortable . This is a budget accommodation and we dont claim to be a 5 star hotel equivalent but we do strive to provide good service and experience . Pls have reasonable expectations.
