The space Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa bed as well as smart tv, laundry room, 2 bedrooms and outdoor patio over looking the marsh. Well-appointed kitchen. Location is ideal for if you have a work conference on Kiawah Island or you want to spend time boating or enjoying nature and bird watching or fishing from private dock. Guest access Private dock, condo pool and grilling area, kayak area, biking area. Fitness center available with daily fee, horseback riding on trail and beach (additional fee). Guests need to go to the security gate to gain access to the condo. A parking pass will be issued. This must be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle. Great location to the Marina and Freshfields and bike paths on Kiawah. Other things to note Parking pass will need to be picked up at the security gate. This pass must be displayed at all times during your stay on the Island. Non-compliance will result in parking tickets.
