This spacious mid century modern home was built in 1963. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that dead ends on both ends of the street. Very quiet and relaxing environment with large back deck that looks over the woods. Only two miles from the downtown Murphy Arts District and a mile or less to 10 places to eat as well as Walmart, Brookshires, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, TJ Max and more. The space There is a RING doorbell at front entrance. Other things to note I ask that guest let me know if they are bringing a pet and if not potty trained, to be kept in a carrier if left unattended.
