Our place is beside Robinson's Mall. It is located in one of the major street in Bacolod. Interesting food shops can be found around the area. The place is arranged with a feel at home ambiance. Relax & enjoy the pool or be healthy using the gym on the 14th floor. The space We are on the 11th floor. You will have the whole studio unit during your stay. On the 2nd floor, there is a covered bridge directly connecting the condominium to Robinson's Mall and other shops nearby. At the balcony, you will have a great view of the sun rising/setting and on the left, you'll find the sea. Guest access * Everything that is inside my unit, guests are free to use. * Available for use: Aircon/Refrigerator/Shower with Hot & Cold/Hair Dryer/1 full bed/1 Sofa bed/Dining table/ Cabinet/Clothing Rack/Android TV/Iron/Ironing Table/Electric Stove/Electric Kettle/Rice Cooker/Microwave/Basic kitchen needs/Basic dining needs. * Please help keep the unit clean. PLEASE HELP SAVE ELECTRICITY. Kindly TURN OFF the aircon, appliances & lights when not in use. * FREE for short stay guest (1-2 nights only): Purified water & Toiletries * Wifi information you will find in the room. Other things to note * We require guests to submit valid IDs after booking. NOTE: CONDO SECURITY IS VERY STRICT. FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL TENANTS, NAMES NOT ON THE GUEST LIST WILL NOT BE ALLOWED OF ENTRY BY GUARDS ON DUTY. To avoid conflict, kindly follow condo rules. Book the right number of guest and provide us all names & IDs of each guest. * Please do not remove or take outside any of the stuff I have placed at my unit.
