My home is located close to shopping areas, transit station and railway. A quiet neighborhood close to hiway and bodies of water. You can see Mt Raineir from the backyard on a clear day. 15 mins to downtown Tacoma and 40 mins to downtown Seattle. Visit the Glass, History & Naval Museums. Do you like going to the casinos? See live concerts at the Emerald Queen Casino just 10 mins away. Catch the ferry to Victoria, Canada. OMG, my fave, Buschard Gardens. Dress for HighTea at Waldorf Hotel. The space Pets are welcome. At times I have professionals renting who work the night shift so quietness is appreciated. We provide coffee and tea to our guests. I have a profession so I work outside the home. My Co-Host will be available to help if needed. Please feel free to communicate your needs anytime. We are easy to talk to. Everything is private , use the lockbox for a no contact check in/out. The address and codes will be sent to you by noon on your check in day. Please observe check in/out time. I will inform you if there is possibility for early check in. Guest access The studio comes with its own parking space. There are lots of street parking. There are signs to several trails in the neighborhood. Just walking on the roads with the hilly terrain is a good workout in itself. There is a tennis and basketball court, and a separate dog park within a 5 min walk. In winter, The Free drive through Xmas light display is a must see only 6 mins away on First Ave. Close by, You can use the boardwalk to watch the ferry cross the Sound. No charge to Park your car and enjoy the view. Next-door to the boardwalk is a seafood restaurant, Salty’s. They have great food and a cozy and convenient location with the ocean view . Other things to note The backyard and the deck is yours to explore. Enjoy the view, the fruit trees in season. Feel free to pick, taste and enjoy the variety of organic fruits. I love taking care of them and sharing them.
