Your home away from home has everything needed to provide a vacation as relaxing or as fun-filled as you want. With only 40 units, the Dolphin Reef condominium complex is quiet but is still large enough to provide a range of amenities for your relaxation and enjoyment. With a one month minimum rental for all units the complex has a quiet, neighborly feel. Our unit is a large 3 bedroom and 2 bath fully furnished home on the 5th floor directly on the beach. The large master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, a large walk-in closet and a work space with Wi-Fi and a wireless printer. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom is great for kids with a surfing motif and a set of bunk beds and a single bed. The full sized kitchen is equipped with all cooking and dining utensils as well as a coffee maker, microwave, blender and a crockpot. There is a dining area that seats six comfortably with extra chairs if needed and the living room has a fireplace and a flat screen TV, a Blu-ray player and a Roku streaming device. The balcony overlooks the pool and the beach. Spend the day at the beach with a complete collection of beach equipment - umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, surf and boogie boards, and more. Explore the area using two beach bikes or fish off the beach using equipment from the condo. At the end of the day cook a meal in your fully equipped kitchen and eat on your balcony overlooking the Gulf, grill dinner by the pool and gazebo or stroll along the beach to nearby restaurants. Wherever you are, be sure to stop and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The complex has a shared pool, hot tub, workout room and sauna. We live close by in Tampa so it is easy for us to get the keys to you and make sure you have everything you need to get the most out of your vacation. Indian Rocks Beach is classic Florida beach town with a mix of residential and beach-focused commercial including shops and restaurants. There are great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can walk to multiple restaurants or take the Beach Trolley which runs almost 20 miles along the beach from Clearwater Beach to Treasure Island. There is also an assigned parking spot under the building.
