Thanks to its location and high-quality window frames, the apartment remains particularly cool during the summer months. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment, as well as the parking lot. Other things to note The cost of accommodation includes changing bed linen and towels, every 4 days and after consultation with the customer. The amenities within the apartment are available for cleaning by guests during their stay. It also includes cleaning the space before and after the end of the stay. During the stay of more than 7 days, cleaning of the premises is provided in consultation with the owner. For bookings of more than 4 days and in case the owner for urgent reasons cannot be present at the place during the guests' stay, the second bed linen, if they wish, is delivered to the guests from the beginning of the stay after informing the owner. The above applies to short-term bookings of up to 25 days. DURABILITY FEE According to the law, the guest upon arrival must pay the owner a resilience fee as follows: from November to March 0.50 euros per night and from April to October, 2 euros per night. IMPORTANT, IN THE CASE OF LONG-TERM RENTAL, ONLY DURING THE WINTER MONTHS In order to offer a low cost of accommodation for the winter months, from November to April, the cost requested on the airbnb platform, for each of these months, does NOT include electricity & heating consumption. Electricity and heating (fuel) are paid by the tenant based on the consumption measurement, at the end of his stay, to the owner. For this reason, the tenant upon arrival must give an amount of about 250 euros, as a guarantee for the electricity. This amount shall be deducted at the end of the stay from the total amount corresponding to the meter readings. However, the cost of rent includes changing bed linen and towels once a week and water consumption, free parking and internet use.
