This separate fee, calculated per person per night based on the room rate, will be sent along with your reservation confirmation message. Please note before making a reservation: we are required by law to collect JPY 200 accommodation tax PER GUEST PER NIGHT as part of the Japanese short-term accommodation rental law created in 2019. This will be a separate fee added on top of your reservation by the Airbnb system. Please also note that parties, loud gatherings, or smoking around the property are prohibited as this is a residential area. We must respond seriously to any noise, smoking or disturbance complaints from neighbouring residents and penalties may be imposed upon guests found to be in violation. We kindly ask that guests agree to this and refrain from using the property as a party space and to respect the noise and smoking rules in the neighborhood before making the reservation. 3. We can’t provide salt, pepper, oil, or seasonings in the room anymore because of health and safety reasons. You can buy them at a supermarket or convenience store.
