Home on Mole Hill is great for anyone wanting an entire house and property, all located just minutes from JMU, EMU, Harrisonburg, Dayton, and Bridgewater. The space Home on Mole Hill is located on a beautiful half-acre property, ten minutes from Harrisonburg, and has a gorgeous view of the Shenandoah Valley and Massanutten Peak. While there are a few houses in the surrounding vicinity, this is a tranquil area, and most of the surrounding area is woodland and farmland. This two-bedroom house has a full bath, fully stocked kitchen, living room, laundry room, and dining room. The master bedroom has a luxurious queen-sized bed, while the smaller bedroom has two plush twin beds. There are alarm clocks and phone charging stations in both bedrooms for your convenience. The beautiful full bath has a luxurious hot towel rack that will ensure that your towels are warm and dry when you step out of the shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, glassware, silverware, and basic cooking essentials like spices and oil. We keep the refrigerator stocked with water and root beer, and there are ice and frozen glass mugs in the freezer. The coffee bar in the kitchen includes a Keurig Coffee maker with numerous coffee and tea options and cream and sugar. There is also a French Press and Teapot on the stove for those of us who are coffee connoisseurs. The cozy breakfast nook in the kitchen is the perfect place to enjoy your cup of coffee and our complimentary cinnamon bun. Enjoy a gorgeous view of the Shenandoah Valley out of the bay window in the living room and the many species of wild birds that come to feed at the backyard feeders. This relaxing living space has a full-sized sleep sofa and a lazy boy chair for those of us who like to kick back and relax. This is also where the WIFI router is located and an Anker Bluetooth speaker for your use. The dining room is complete with an oak table that will comfortably seat six and a restored piano desk that makes for a perfect workstation. There is also a fully equipped laundry room for your convenience, in case you need to wash a load or two of clothes. Fire up our Weber gas grill on the patio to do some barbecue or grill up some delicious steaks. This patio is shaded for most of the day and offers a beautiful view of the Shenandoah Valley as the sun goes down. The backyard has bird feeders and a birdbath, as well as an outdoor glider that is nestled up against the woods. This swing is a guest favorite because it offers a gorgeous view of the Valley while placing you in a country setting with the sounds of nature around you. While this home has no TV, it has Xfinity high-speed internet for business or streaming video to your personal device. You will access the house via a Schlage Smart Lock, and you will have a personalized access code which will be good for the duration of your stay. Home on Mole Hill is also equipped with other smart features and technology like a Nest Smart Thermostat, smart smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, and phone chargers throughout the house (including wireless chargers). Guest access You will be the only people on the property and you will have access to the entire house and yard, except for the storage sheds and the unfinished house basement, which we use for storage and supplies. Guests are able to hike and birdwatch in our 46 acres of adjoining woodland. There is a outdoor patio with a gas grill and picnic table that you are welcome to use. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking in the house or on the premises.
