The Tiny Bluebird is a newly built, tastefully decorated, cozy cottage located on Willow Lake in Wills Point, Texas. A stone throw away from fishing, swimming, or kayaking. This well thought out cottage has multi-color rustic hardwood tiled floors throughout which are accented with beautiful lighting. The master bath has tiled floors, white marble sink top, and walk-in tiled shower to match. The space The exterior of the home is painted a charming country blue with white trim around the windows, and features a sharp angle roof with silver metal tin. The front door is painted a bright red and has a vintage mosaic tile roof around the door, providing a warm welcome to visitors. As you step inside, you're greeted by an inviting living room decorated in a clean, old country style. The walls are painted a white color and adorned with rustic farm animal artwork, such as old farm chickens paintings. The living room features two cozy reclining armchair, and coffee table, all of which are made of distressed wood and evoke a sense of nostalgia. The bedroom is located off of the living room and features a queen-sized bed with a cute comforter in shades of mixed colored patches. The walls are painted a pale blue color, and the windows are dressed with white curtains, providing plenty of natural light. The room also features a tall dresser, a closet, and a reading chair. The bathroom is located off of the bedroom and features a walk- in shower, a sink, and a toilet. The walls are painted blue and decorated with vintage subway tile and accessories, such early century art. The kitchen feature solid white wood cabinets, a farmhouse sink, and a silver flake quartz countertop. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal or playing games. Outside, you'll find a canopy covered porch with an outdoor couch & rocking chair along a small table, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The backyard is surrounded by lush greenery and features a wood burning fire pit and a rustic blue shed, adding to the home's old country charm.
