Rustic-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the sea is located just 180 steps from the road that can be easily traveled and a few minutes from the town of Amalfi and the beaches, with which it is well connected by public transport and a pedestrian. It Is for people Who love walking and going up and down stairs. There Is a small garden for guests. The property Is in a condominium and on the super floor there is a holiday house. THERE IS NO PARKING BECAUSE THE AREA HAS LIMITED AREAS!! The space A pedestrian whit 180 steps ,walkway leads to the apartment with a terrace overlooking the sea and mountains in front. The house has a bedroom, a bathroom and a large kitchen-living room whre is possible to accommodate an additional guest (child) on a sofa bed, with a supplement of 90 euro every tree nights . Guest access Guests have free access to all areas of the apartment, to the terrace and to the garden in front of the terrace. Other things to note It is preferable that children to be accommodated are over the age of 5, as access to the structure is via stairs. We inform our guests that the Tourtax of the municipality of Amalfi requires the payment of a TOURIST TAX equal to 3 euros per day per person to be paid in cash at check-in. Children under the age of 10 are exempt from this payment. 1)...The use of the washing machine must be requested in advance at check-in at a cost of 3 euros per day . 2)...For stays longer than six nights it is mandatory to clean the house, all walkable surfaces and surfaces used during the stay.
