Paterson Skywalk Country Cottage (Fantastic Views)

The Paterson Skywalk is a vision that took me a decade to turn into reality. I bought a bush block with a beautiful view of the Paterson Valley, with the river, the village and the bush-covered hills, and built a home. All the photos in this listing were taken on my property, where native birds and wildlife are often spotted enjoying the same view. The space Paterson Skywalk is a one bedroom cottage with a queen double bed and a single trundle bed. This house is my home, and when I have B&B guests I either visit my family or stay in the Bush Bedroom (studio up above the house 20 metres away - barely visible through trees). There is a large fridge you can use while you are here. I try to make your experience here similar to staying in an old- fashioned Bed & Breakfast, with various breakfast foods, and locally made jams, chutney, sauces etc available for you to use. Sheets, towels, blankets are all provided. Guest access You will have the whole house and the magnificent deck to yourselves. The host sometimes stays overnight in a separate building 20 metres from the house which has a separate driveway and entrance and is barely visible through the bush. Other things to note Smoking and vaping are only allowed in outdoor areas. Please respect my neighbours' privacy. Paterson has a lovely historic walk and Dungog is 25 minutes away by train or car, as is Maitland. The Pokolbin vineyards are 45 minutes to the South, and the base of the Barrington Tops with swimming holes in crystal clear rivers is 45 minutes to the North. If you bring your car there is free parking at my front door, or you can come here on the train from just about anywhere, the station is a 10 minute walk. The house is less than 5 years old and everything works perfectly with the exception of what looks like a corner spa bath in the pictures, which is great for a hot bath or shower while watching the view, but does not make bubbles even though it looks like a spa bath.
