It's a brand New house in Missouri City community in Sugar Land The space Please enjoy your stay in my spacious down stairs new home! There are 3 rooms available with one bed in each room. All three rooms are available to book together as well. All rooms are accompanied with King sized beds for 2 guests. Each room is equipped with a 32” smart tv and a small sitting area as well. There is one shared bathroom with towels and small complimentary toiletries provided. Extra linens for either the bedroom can be provided upon requests Guest access Our guest has access to the bed space, kitchen area, laundry room, bathroom, common area and outside patio. Access to all the appliance are permitted as well as the microwave, stove and refrigerator within the kitchen and common area. During your stay I live on the property, so feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Other than that, I will mostly be out of your way! Other things to note Car Rental: I do own a 2006 Hummer H3, that; is available to rent. Contact me for further information.
