Detached, second floor studio apartment set among the treetops in a single family neighborhood available for rental by the month. The space Completely independent second floor apartment over storage garage. Sheets, pillow cases and towels/wash cloths all washed in hot water with bleach on longest cycle with extra rinse and dried on hottest setting. Surfaces wiped down with disinfectant wipes and kitchen/bath completely disinfected between guests. Bath rugs and blankets are also washed between guests. Apartment is completely vacuumed and dusted between guest stays. Apartment has its own WiFi (access code on back of router), now, so there won’t be any issues with signal strength. Guest also understands that the DFW area is located in a warm climate, and that insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Although Owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. You may see an insect during your stay. From time to time, an insect will get into the apartment. If this is unacceptable, please do not book your stay at this AIRBNB. My House Rules Any issue that Guest has with the Unit shall be immediately reported to Manager via the phone number listed in the rental Unit’s directions and entry instructions. Guest understands that Manager and Owner shall have a reasonable amount of time to restore the Unit to acceptable conditions, and that any issues presented to Manager by Guest not preventing reasonable and habitable occupancy of the Unit shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
