This hillside style Bungalow is in the back of a two structures property duplex separated by a ditch with the front house unit close to the road and the back unit all the way in the back, so you have the whole back yard which is the biggest side including a small garden very quiet and secluded. Property is also divided with trees for added privacy. This bungalow is a single originally used as a summer house in-law unit and holds artsy charm tucked in the gorgeous hills of Los Angeles Beverly Glen neighborhood within Bel Air neighborhood only a few minutes drive from Westwood Village, UCLA or Beverly Hills. Including a detached laundry room with washer & dryer (shared) Good for short and longer stays (longer stay discount should apply automatically) shorter terms available as well. ask! This is truly a one of a kind spot with amazing feel, very comfortable and homely as well. It nested between two of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Los Angeles but it's nothing fancy and totally down to earth. We welcome you to experience this wonderful settings. also note that we keep improving the place so we can't always keep up with the photography but we promise you it is even better equiped and if there is anything we can add to improve the stay we will add it. Guest access The bungalow, the patio in front of the structure, the garden (are all private), the separate detached laundry room (is the only shared space other than the main gate entrance) Other things to note This bungalow is on a lot next to the hillside from one side, and the front house before the street from the other., You will have full privacy on your side of the property. - Private Parking Spot Included also few free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There are no parking restrictions or street cleaning days. So you can park anywhere and most probably park inside the driveway or right next to the gate on the house side of the street - Fee include taxes & all utilities. Cleaning fee is only charged once or every two weeks. - Cancelation policy is moderate. please make sure to read the whole description before booking. - Please don't ask for the address before confirmed booking its against Airbnb policy, it will get blanked out and we want to comply. If you do want to check out the place first, please book it which will get you the address and if you don't want it you can cancel for full refund (including fees because of instant book). You must cancel within 24 hours so the calendar is cleared. - Check in is flexible so you can check in at any time after 3pm or earlier if no guests the previous night or if they checked out early (subject to availability). Luggage drop off is available anytime but we can only store it in the main house or laundry room. Very late & last minute check in are not a problem. Please confirm before heading to the house to make sure the place is ready for you. - Kids and pets free but any other guests staying overnight will have to be on the reservation. Dogs cannot be left by themselves and must have their beds and please walk after them to pick up poop - If you have any questions feel free to ask anything and book with confidence this is an amazing spot such are rarely found in Los Angeles.
