STYLISH, SPOTLESS and SPACIOUS 3 bedroom apt.

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. The space The space is large and very nice. The bedding is soft and you will feel right at home. All sheets and towels are new and used only for the space, not our left over extras. It's quality and that's important when staying somewhere. The bedrooms have blackout honeycomb shades. We live upstairs so if you need anything we can help you out. We have tried to think of everything you will need during your stay. Complimentary coffee and some snacks. Coffee maker is a Keurig. Space is in our basement. Guest access Guests park in the circle in the driveway. The door to the space is just off the circle on the side of the garage. We can meet you or you can let yourself in with the code for the door lock. The door on the side of the house lets you into our garage and the entrance to the basement is in the garage. The backyard is not accessible directly from the space, but from the front yard through side gates. Other things to note We have a pickleball court in the backyard that guests can use. If you don't know about the sport, we're happy to explain it to you. If you want to schedule a lesson, Erik teaches those on our court as well. We also have a hot tub that guests over 5 years of age are welcome to use. Come and have some fun in the backyard! Since we live upstairs, you may hear us sometimes. All guests must be part of the reservation. No additional guests.
