Friendly gated ocean-front condo community. Two-week minimum stay per Association. Open, lots of light, and close to stairway down bluffs, past an owners-only deck, to a secluded area of beach and surf. Walking distance to world-famous Del Mar Fairgrounds. Two-story, the second story accessed via a spiral staircase. Full remodeled kitchen, and also within easy walk or short ride to many fine restaurants in Solana Beach, Cedros District, Del Mar, and Encinitas. Two below-ground parking spots. The space Clean air for your relaxation - strict no-smoking in all condo areas, as well as on the beach. Ground-level front door, and sliding patio door near dining area. A small electric grill on the small wood patio deck, and two wood chairs to help you relax. Just a few meters to the community pool and spa. Guest access The entire condo and two assigned underground parking spaces are for your use. Community is tight, and peace and quiet are highly prized. Two-week minimum stay rule is enforced. Play areas are the beach, and some at the pool/spa. Children must be accompanied at the pool, as we do not have a lifeguard on duty. Also, owners and tenants near the pool greatly appreciate "small voices," - that is, quiet voices while playing at the pool. Our fellow owners are supportive of our wish to provide our home for visitors' use, so we in turn try to respect their peace and quiet. Thanks for your help with this. Other things to note Remember - Association rules allow for two-week minimum stay. Other condo owners are supportive of vacation rentals, but they are permanent residents. They do ask us to remind our guests that play areas are outside the complex. All bikes, boards, skates, etc., are for use outside the complex. The beach is also the playground. We emphasize that the condo is for rest and relaxation. Smoking is prohibited at all times in all condo and complex areas. Also, California prohibits smoking on the beach.
