Clean & Cozy "Private" Studio Suite

Private studio suite (500 sq ft). The unit is on the lower half of this 2 level duplex (host lives upstairs), private entry is on the ground level, self check-in, off street parking. There is a kitchenette, private bathroom with a stand-up shower, washer & dryer, queen bed, high speed internet, expanded cable, Netflix/Amazon Prime. Also, there is a lovely private patio for your enjoyment with a fire table. The space is warm and inviting, very safe location, great neighborhood and dog friendly. The space My guests tell me the space is much larger and nicer than the description. They love that there are a lot of extras such as free coffee/tea, shampoo, and other special touches. Guests also like that the space is so private, quiet, in a safe and nice neighborhood in a good central location. There is a grocery store and restaurants just a few blocks away in walking distance. For the guests with dogs, there are bowls, towels, treats, poop bags, etc. The neighborhood is dog friendly and there is a dog park only 1 mile away. Guest access You will have the entire lower level to yourselves as well as a private entrance that is self check-in, and your own off street parking space. There is a private patio in the back of the house with seating and lighting for your outdoor enjoyment day or night (not open in winter). Other things to note Dog friendly: If you bring your dog, there is a 24Lx20Wx17D crate available, dog blankets (to protect furniture), poop bags, bowls, treats and towels for wiping off wet paws. Please ask host for instructions where to take your dog out, just across the street. The pet fee is $25 per animal, maximum of 2 dogs. The newly installed egress window does not only give you natural lighting and fresh air, it's a certified fire escape. Please familiarize yourself with this safety feature. Also, there is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen and a first aid kit under the sink in the bathroom.
