Full kitchen with dining area. Guest access Guests have access to a pool, sport court, fire pit, meditation area. These areas are shared with guests of a small studio also on the property. Other things to note The owner lives close to this house. This does not have a TV. Pets are allowed with prior approval and fee. Extra guests during the day or evening are welcome with prior approval and fee. You will travel down a gravel road for about half a mile. There is a wet weather creek that can rise during a torrential downpour that rarely happens in Texas and this probably won't affect your trip, but I want to make you aware of it. There could be electric fencing on the property, watch for the signs. Cows and sheep and a sheepdog will be around the place on the other side of the fence.
